OKLAHOMA DRIVER'S LICENSE, ID, CDL RENEWALS, OUT OF STATE DL/ID TRANSFERS, AND ORIGINAL ID'S
**Please note: If you want to do an Out of State DL transfer or an Original ID, we will need one of the following proofs of identity: Certified US Birth Certificate, Valid/Unexpired US Passport/Passport Card, Certificate of Citizenship, Certificate of Naturalization, Consular Report Abroad, Permanent Resident Card I-551 (Green Card), along with proof of EVERY name change. Also, if you need a REPLACEMENT CREDENTIAL we will need PROOF OF IDENTITY (refer to previous list) along with PROOF OF EVERY NAME CHANGE (if your name doesn't match your PROOF OF IDENTITY)** If you want a Real ID please refer to the following Check List**
